Riding your bike should be comfortable and pain free. If it's not and you are considering a bike fit this will be of interest to you.

Rob at South Shore Cycle (Catalyst Kinetics) is well renowned member of the cycling community and has a long history of bike fitting for all levels of cyclists. He has offered to host a demo bike fit where he will cover the principles of bike fitting.

Participants will receive a $50 discount for a future bike fit in the fall.
