- Navel (Orange): 40 km or less, pace adjusted to slower riders, intro to group riding, come as you are and we'll help you out
- Valencia (Orange): 50+ km, pace is faster than beginner rides, need to feel comfortable with group riding, should have base fitness level, road bike and proper footwear
- Blood (Orange): High speeds and longer distances make these rides very challenging.
No-Drop ride: There will be re-group points and pace adjustments so you are not left on your own.

Starts at 19th and 154nd in South Surrey (Bakerview Park). Pick up points in Redwood park (9:30AM) and Tim Horton's on 192 st with 27 Ave.
Pace is set to keep the group together.
On flat sections with no wind, the group may travel at 25-28kmh.

This is a great ride for new riders to gain confidence and fitness. As a more experienced rider, we always welcome the advice you can give and if your up for the challenge, hill repeats and off-the-back chases are available any time.
We regroup at a few places on the ride so you will never be far from the group if it does break up a little.
You will learn how to ride pace lines and other group riding skills.
