About the AGM
Each year in the October November time frame, we hold our Annual General Meeting where we:
- Review our financials
- Review the past year's events
- Discuss the coming years priorities
- Attend to any motions brought to the floor
- Elect our new Board of Directors (7) and any ex-Officio members required
